Contemporary art is marked by three great artists: Andy Warhol, the pop art referent of the late twentieth century; Jeff Koons, the master of kitsch and the disposable; And of course, Keith Haring, the representative of the street culture of the 80s. Without the input of these great minds, art would not be the same.
For this reason, Lourdes Sousa Gallery in Polanco has just assembled an exhibition called Art in Our Time, which will exhibit some of the original works of Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Keith Haring, Brent Wadeen and Richard Hambleton, as well as some The pieces of his permanent collection.
The exhibition was set up in conjunction with the Woodbery House Gallery in London, and assisted by Australian art collector, Andy Valmorbida. The exhibition will open its doors to the public on October 27, and will be dismantled on December 8.
"Art is nothing if it fails to capture all segments of society."
